Corporate Framing of Art Work donation to Charity

I was asked recently by a local community arts group Wheel Works to frame a piece of art work created by Children from and as a donation to The Cedar Foundation.

The artwork was quite large in both area and volume being about 5 inches deep and approximately 4×3 feet in size. For safety reasons I also installed this in the Cedar Foundation offices.

I fabricated a large box frame to accommodate the piece and set off the volume of the artwork without totally dominating the area. On the bottom mount area we placed some text boxes with information about the piece and how and why it was created.

It was finished off with a large silver frame to keep with the office decor.
