Euro Fever approaches…

No, not the upcoming EU referendum but the small matter of the football tournament.

I had a woman from Whitehead contact me about getting a couple of football jerseys framed. What makes these shirts special is that they were signed by the whole “European Champions elect” football team, Northern Ireland.

One off the tops was to be auctioned off to raise money for the local football team and the other to be hung in their clubhouse. I asked where the clubhouse was as I am originally from Whitehead myself and I discovered that the clubhouse was my old youth club! Small world!

Good luck to the Eagles and I hope the top raises a lot of money for a great cause
