Stand Up for the Ulstermen…

Sometimes the location of where something is going to hang is the most important aspect when choosing a type and style of frame.
A customer from Holywood contacted me to frame his signed Ulster Rugby shirt.
He wanted the shirt to hang in their sunroom so non-reflective glass is a must for this type of application.
The customer also wanted a light airy feel to the frame so I floated the shirt in a 3 inch frame with spacer to give the impression that the shirt was hanging in the space rather than framed tight against a wall.
The mount colour was also important in this environment so rather than a more conventional white or black we used an antique white to offset the colour of the frame and the shirt.
